Royal Crescent - House 1
About This Bridgerton Filming Location
No. 1 Royal Crescent serves as the iconic exterior of the Featherington family home in Bridgerton. Built between 1767-1772 to designs by John Wood the Younger, this Grade I listed Georgian townhouse features distinctive Bath stone construction with Palladian architectural details. The production team enhanced the building's façade with ornamental features including roundels, window pediments, a frieze, and a CGI balcony to suit the pretentious Featherington family aesthetic. The front door was painted dark blue for filming. In the series, this house is fictitiously relocated to Grosvenor Square in London through digital artistry. Now a museum, visitors can explore authentic late 18th-century furnishings and décor that mirror the opulent lifestyle depicted in the show.
